1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Products that are customized, personalized, or made-to-order are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification.
After approval, a replacement or full refund will be provided.
3. Return Process

Provide your order details and reason for return.
Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
Items must be shipped back within the given timeframe.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be credited within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Personalized/custom-made products
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Products returned without original packaging
6. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
8. Important Notes
Slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to lighting or handmade nature of products. These are not considered defects.
The decision on returns/refunds will be final after inspection.
