- Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID/link will be shared via email or message.
- You can use it to track your shipment in real time.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
- If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned.

8. Damaged Package on Delivery
- If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it or record an unboxing video.
